Customer Service Terms

Scope of Work

The scope of work is defined by the description provided in your submission and any AI-generated summary we provide. Any work beyond this scope may require a change order and additional agreement.

Materials Policy

Materials may be provided by you or purchased by Zeus AZ. If we purchase materials, you will be charged at cost plus a reasonable markup. All materials are subject to your approval before purchase.

Access and Scheduling

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area. We will coordinate scheduling windows with you. Delays due to lack of access may result in rescheduling fees.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Deposits and Payment

Payment terms will be specified in your quote. We may require a deposit for larger projects. Final payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.

Change Orders

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a change order and approved by both parties before work proceeds. Additional charges may apply.

Documentation and Photos

By using our services, you consent to our taking photos and documentation of the work area and completed work for our records and quality assurance purposes.

Limited Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for 90 days from completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship, not damage from normal wear, misuse, or modifications by others.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from our services is limited to no greater than the amount paid for the labor portion of the services provided. If no payment has been made for labor, our liability is limited to zero (no cost). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, property damage beyond the work area, or any other damages exceeding the labor cost paid.

Subcontractors

Zeus AZ may use subcontractors to complete your work. We remain responsible for the quality and completion of all work performed.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with Arizona law.

Acceptance

By submitting a quote request and checking the acceptance box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Service Terms.
